If you want to book our guardian service, you need to pay and book it 2 months before the application deadline, just in case your application fails because of failed to submit application documents in time.

*1. Non-criminal Record Certificate (Generally, it is valid for 3 or 6 months)

It must be issued by your local police station with official stamp.

*2. Statement of Financial Support

-Download the specific template required by the university from CUCAS.
-Your financial guarantor must print, complete, sign, and provide a scanned copy of the signed document.
-The financial guarantor is usually one of your parents; you cannot be your own guarantor.
-The document must be in English or Chinese.

*3. Physical Examination Form(only valid for 6 months)

Please take it to hospital to have a checkup with all items, including personal information, photo, checking date, doctors' suggestion and signature.

According to Liaoning Province Government Requirement: academic transcript in languages other than Chinese should be translated into Chinese and be certified by notarization. If you can not find translation organization, please contact CUCAS. Transcripts must be certified by the Chinese Embassy (Consulate) in your country or notarized by a notary office in China.

*9. Bachelor's degree diploma

According to Liaoning Province Government Requirement: Graduation certificate in languages other than Chinese should be translated into Chinese and be certified by notarization. If you can not find translation organization, please contact CUCAS. Graduation certificate must be certified by the Chinese Embassy (Consulate) in your country or notarized by a notary office in China.

*10. Two letters of recommendation

From professor or associate professor or equivalents (in Chinese or English)

11. Study plan in China

Including study purpose, research interest and research plan in brief(Chinese or English).

Tips:
For applicants who are in China: If you are an employee, you still need to provide employment separation certificate and your current residence permit. If you are a student, you need to provide transfer certificate, leaving certificate, certificate of attendance rate issued by previous school and your current residence permit.
